Return Policy
Luminara.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy. For all returns, please email customerservice@luminara.com with your order number and reason for return. Items found to be defective may be issued a return label to have the product sent back and a replacement product will be sent out at no cost. If a product is not defective, but you simply aren't satisfied with your purchase, a refund will only be issued for items returned in original packaging and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund back to your original form of payment.
Order Cancellation
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been fulfilled by our warehouse.
