90-Day Limited Warranty 

Luminara flameless candles are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days following the date of purchase.  

If you feel like your candle is defective, please reach out to our customer service team. 

We require photographic or video proof of defect to approve a warranty claim. 

Any damage caused by neglect, misuse, exposure to excessive heat/cold/moisture or improper battery installation is NOT covered by this warranty.  

Proof of purchase (sales receipt/credit card transaction/packing slip, etc.) is required for a replacement. If the item was not purchased on luminara.com, the best option for you to quickly get a replacement is to return the defective item to the retailer you purchased it from. 

Please note: In some cases, the replacement item may not match the size, shape, scent or color due to limited stock.

FAQ about our Limited Warranty 

(a) Who May Use This Warranty? 

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of products from us. It does not extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product. 

(b) What Does This Warranty Cover? 

This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined here) defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from us. 

(c) What Does This Warranty Not Cover? 

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to: 

(i) transportation; (ii) storage; (iii) improper use; (iv) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (v) modifications; (vi) combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by L&L Candle Co., LLC; (vii) unauthorized repair; (viii) normal wear and tear; (ix) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. 

This limited warranty does not cover any damages where the serial number or other identifying markings of the product in question have been removed or made illegible.
