"Love it. Would consider buying again if it goes on sale. However, there is a bit of paint loss under the cat’s hat. It’s Not enough paint loss to return product but this should not happen on a quality product like this. It’s not the first time I’ve seen paint loss. I had the same issue on another product. But I’m a big fan of your products. . your exchange policy is good."
"I absolutely love this cat; however, I sadly had to request a replacement because the black hat chipped off from the snug packing. The shipping was fast when I requested the replacement. The main concern I have now is that the replacement did the same thing. I am honestly not sure what to do now."
"Received the original and a replacement and both had the paint peeling from the hat. Obviously defective paint of some sort. The purple paint is also chipping from the cape. Certainly not the high quality expected from Luminara."
"The idea is adorable and worth 4 stars but the glitter paint on the hat chips off exposing the plain wax. After receiving the first one the paint in the hat was chipped off just laying in the box. When I put batteries in it did not work so I requested a replacement. The replacement also was chipping and flaking out of the box but it worked. This one had a much smaller area that flaked so I kept it and did not ask for a replacement or refund. I am trying a temporary fix to stop the progression of the flaking. This is obviously a defect in this pricey candle. Extremely disappointed. I buy multiple candles at a time but will be more selective in the future if I decide to buy anymore. Customer service is great so that's worth 5 stars."
