"I have many Luminara candles. I enjoy them. However in the past year,2025 I have been disappointed several times. Three candles that I have ordered have worked well then suddenly, without explanation they don’t light reliably or stay on long. I have changed their batteries repeatedly but the problems continue. Therefore I gave a three star rating because I I don’t have confidence that these candles will operate consistently. I also ordered and received 3 candles that looked like presents. They didn’t work well and the decoration on the surface crumbled. I want to keep ordering Luminara candles but I am frustrated."

- It would depend on the style of candle. Melted does include the flame and scalloped does not include the flame.
- can these be used without the timer function (on 24/7 until batteries go out)
