Hand-poured Meets High Tech
EXTERIOR SHELL
Hand-Poured Wax
The exterior shells of our candles are made through the traditional, hand-poured wax method of candle making. The technology inside of the candle brings the realistic effect of a moving flame.
MOVEMENT
Magnetic Field
When you turn on your Luminara candle, the batteries send power to a coil inside that generates a magnetic field. A second magnet interacts with the magnetic field to produce random movement for the flame piece.
COLOR
Candlelight LED
Our LED light shoots diagonally to the center of the flame piece creating an effect that convincingly reproduces the look of a traditional burning candle.

Seaglass Silver Blue Pillar
"I order this in two different sizes. The candles are very nice in general and work well with the remote that I ordered to go along with them. However, I am very disappointed in the color… “Silver Blue” and the pictures presented on your sight lean toward more of a silver gray blue slate color. The candles I received are more of a baby blue; I don’t see any “silver” or gray as depicted on your website and don’t work as intended in my space. Disappointing…"

Love it
"I had received one of these candles as a housewarming gift and loved it. I purchased another directly from Luminara and it plugs in for a charge. . . love it and the charge lasts for days. I recently purchased a Luminara candle at Pottery Barn but this one is battery operated. I don't like that as much but still love the candle. It looks so real and provides the candlelight feeling that I am looking for. They also have timers on them. . . very useful!"
