Faulty candle.
"I ordered a birch wrapped candle and it was defective and the replacement candle was also defective. The candles were mailed in a paper mailer, with no protection other than the box the candle is in. The box had damage on the corners which affected the delicate components on the candle. When I tried to return it, I was told that the order number didn’t exist. I gave up and kept the second candle even tho it does not flicker…it just stays permanently lit. When I tried to return it, they told me that my candle was no longer under warranty. I had the candle a total of five days. Yeah it was a pretty disappointing experience."
