EXTERIOR SHELL Hand-Poured Wax The exterior shells of our candles are made through the traditional, hand-poured wax method of candle making. The technology inside of the candle brings the realistic effect of a moving flame.
MOVEMENT Magnetic Field When you turn on your Luminara candle, the batteries send power to a coil inside that generates a magnetic field. A second magnet interacts with the magnetic field to produce random movement for the flame piece.
COLOR Candlelight LED Our LED light shoots diagonally to the center of the flame piece creating an effect that convincingly reproduces the look of a traditional burning candle.

"To me the candles look cheap. I purchased 4 of them. On all of them, the embossed areas are not consistent. It is very uneven. There is also a seam down the center of all 4 candles. These are the first Luminara candles I don't love. That said the flame and function are as expected. I will buy Luminara candles again but can not recommend this one."

Need yo change resting from

"Need yo change resting from 5 to 1. I bought both and loved both until the 6. 50 inch stopped working. It will look get up but goes out within minutes. I got 1 run out of it set on timer mode but when it was time to put new batteries in the flame will no longer stay on for longer than 5 minutes. Tried multiple new batteries."
