What is your return policy?
Luminara.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Below are all the details of our return policy. If you have further questions, please reach out to our customer service team.
- Timeframe for Returns: Enjoy peace of mind this holiday season. Any purchase made on Luminara.com between November 1 and December 31 is eligible for returns through January 31, giving you extra time to ensure every item is just right. Otherwise, we offer a 30-day return on eligible items purchased on luminara.com from the date of delivery based on tracking details. Shipping fees from original order will not be refunded.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused in the original manufacturer’s packaging and packaged well to ensure no damage in transit.
- Return Authorization: Customers need to obtain authorization from our portal or team before returning an item. Shipping instructions will be provided once the return is authorized.
- Refund Method: If return is approved after receiving and inspecting returned item(s), a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund back to your original form of payment.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please reach out to our customer service team if you receive a damaged or defective product as we have a 90-day limited warranty on all Luminara candles. If you purchased your Luminara candle elsewhere, please read our warranty policy here.
Can I cancel my order?
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been received.

What is your Pricing Policy?
We recognize that other retail outlets may advertise and sell Luminara products at a lower price at any given time. We make every effort to have our partners follow our MSRP pricing, however, our retail partners do operate independently of luminara.com. We do not have the ability to control or monitor all instances and circumstances where their pricing may be different, either higher or lower, than the MSRP, discount price, or offer from luminara.com. As such, Luminara does not offer a pre-purchase, or post-purchase, price match guarantee, nor the ability to partially refund an order that has already shipped. As specified in our Return Policy, if for any reason (which would be inclusive of a price difference which has been identified elsewhere) within 30 days of receipt of an order, you have the right to return that order for a full refund.
Please note: if a product is not defective, but you simply aren't satisfied with your purchase, a refund will only be issued for items returned in original packaging. Please also note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
When placing an order, all prices, discounts and promotional offers can be confirmed at checkout. Any new pricing, discount promotional offers do not apply to, nor can they be combined with, any previous or existing purchase, promotion, or discount.
Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted Clearance and Sale items.
Luminara reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time.
