"I was in the fence spending the money for 6 tapers for my silver holders. These are stunning! No worry about open flames with children around. The tapers are well made. The light they emit is warm. The remote control is terrific, too. The timing feature works great and it's nice to not have to turn them on again. I have made many purchases from here and love every one of them!"

"Huge fan for years. BEST INVENTION EVER!! The only "fake" thing out there that is almost as good as the real thing. What I love most-besides the realistic flickering flame, is the ivory color, the timer, the remote option, and the fact that they use AA batteries rather than AAA, which seems to last so much longer. I do wish they were more affordable, and I wish the candlestick "glowed" farther down from the flame rather than just the top inch. PLEASE make ivory ~4 inch high x 3/4" AA battery Christmas tree candles with a sturdy clip and candle holder THAT ROTATES on a ball-bearing to straighten candles vertically-better yet make the bobeche silver and fluted/scalloped for a classy retro look. These would also work for greens and wreaths too. Thank you!"

"I purchased items just a few days before your 25% sitewide sale started, and I was hoping you would be gracious enough to give us the same price discount. The order number is LUM#180227 and the total cost was $204. 70. I would hope that you would honor that 25% discount which would mean a savings to us of roughly $50. Unfortunately, Mercy- customer service rep, said she was not able to give us a price adjustment. If there is a next time, I will return the product purchased, and purchase the same thing at a discounted price.
