EXTERIOR SHELL Hand-Poured Wax The exterior shells of our candles are made through the traditional, hand-poured wax method of candle making. The technology inside of the candle brings the realistic effect of a moving flame.
MOVEMENT Magnetic Field When you turn on your Luminara candle, the batteries send power to a coil inside that generates a magnetic field. A second magnet interacts with the magnetic field to produce random movement for the flame piece.
COLOR Candlelight LED Our LED light shoots diagonally to the center of the flame piece creating an effect that convincingly reproduces the look of a traditional burning candle.

"I bought these flameless flickering candles for my wedding reception. Our venue required glass hurricanes over any open flame. When searching for hurricanes, I realized it would be more fun to end up with 36 flameless candles after the reception, than 36 glass tubes. Plus, the cost savings was in line. The candles look awesome, and realistic at a glance. Even when you determine that they are electric, they still are very cool. I'm happy to have found this good looking alternative."

"Candles are beautiful and have a very realistic look about them. I enjoy the ambiance they present. I do however, have another set I purchased a few weeks earlier that the flame will stop moving every few minutes unless I nudge the candle a bit. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions you have online but it only works for a little while. Very disappointed after spending close to $400 with you guys. Absolutely beautiful when flickering though. 😔"

No, these do not come with tapers.
Will these candles match the plum pillars?
These burgundy tapers would match our burgundy pillars and slim pillars.
What is the difference between melted tops and flat tops
Our flat top candles have a straight/even edge while our melted tops have an wavy/uneven edge.
What is the width at bottom base ?
The base of the taper candle, which is removable to add batteries, tapers to about 1/2 an inch given its cone-like shape.
