Love Luminara but not being able to hold to a delivery schedule and failure to communicate delays leave a lot to be desired. “Too many cooks spoil the stew” = “Too many delivery vendors tick off the customer “. Communication to and with the customer is vital. Stop passing the buck and find a shipper with some integrity."
