Magnetic Field
When you turn on your Luminara candle, the batteries send power to a coil inside that generates a magnetic field. A second magnet interacts with the magnetic field to produce random movement for the flame piece.

"I received these and was sibexcited BUT 2 of the 4 were broken. They will not work. I have been in the hospital since they arrived and haven't been able to reach out but to say I am not happy is an understatement. I bought some feon QVC a set of 4 pullars, several yrs ago and I loved them hence why u ordered these and 2 smaller pillars. The smaller pillars are great but as I said 2 of the 4 tealughts do not work. One the flame mechanism is broken and the other just won't come on. I needed 3 hence why I ordered the 4 piece set"

- I need 60 tea lights the flat top that come 4 in a pack for Saturday may 6th..Is there anyway to get them to New Canaan connecticut by that date?

- Why do the batteries only last 7 to 10 days? They are very expensive to operate. Very disappointed with this product by Luminara.
- Unfortunately, the size of the battery is tied directly to the capacity. Given the size of our tealights, we cannot produce them to use a larger battery with longer run time.
- Love my Luminaria candles, have many. BUT, the tealights I bought several years ago went thru the batteries so very fast! I would order another set of 4 if these are made differently & will last longer. Please let me know! Thanks so much!
