Order Processing
Order Processing time will vary, however, see 'Delivery Time' below, based on shipping times for expectation of receiving your order.
*High volumes of e-commerce orders, weather events, and other things, may cause delivery delays. Prior to finalizing your order, please be aware of the potential delivery delays.
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive either of these e-mails, please check your spam filter or contact us at [email protected].
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and NOT a PO Box address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order minus the original shipping fee.
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been received.
