Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are generally shipped via FedEx Smartpost / Economy Service within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
  • High volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures, or weather events, among other things, may cause delivery delays. Prior to finalizing your order, please be aware of the potential delivery delays.
  • Once you have successfully placed orders, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and NOT PO Box address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order minus $9.99 shipping fee and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • At this time, we only accept orders to ship within US excluding the following locations:

Domestic Shipping

    • Orders placed before 12pm Central Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next day.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
