Order Processing

All orders are generally* shipped the same day if placed prior to 12:00pm Central Time; excluding weekends and holidays.

*High volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures, or weather events, among other things, may cause delivery delays. Prior to finalizing your order, please be aware of the potential delivery delays.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive either of these e-mails, please check your spam filter or contact us at

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been fulfilled by our warehouse.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and NOT a PO Box address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order minus a $13.99 shipping fee.
