Why Choose Navidium Shipping Protection

By adding Navidium Shipping Protection to your order, you get piece of mind knowing that your order is covered in the event that item(s) in your order suffer damage, loss, or have been delivered by the carrier, but not received.

Once a valid claim has been approved, Luminara will ship out replacement item(s) at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, as some items are limited release, Luminara will issue a full refund for product(s) approved in the claim.

    • All item(s) that were damaged during transit
    • All item(s) missing as a result of a a box or package that has been opened during transit
    • A shipment that states as being 'delivered' by the courier but you did not receive it
    • A shipment where tracking shows 'in transit' for 7 or more days
    • A shipment that has been stolen
    • A shipment with GPS location evidence showing delivery to the address specified on your order
    • A shipment that that has been returned to sender as a result of an incorrect address being provided by the customer
    • Delivery delays by carrier
    • Orders that haven't yet shipped

    Currently, the fee for adding Navidium Shipping Protection is 2.5 percent of the order subtotal; that protection will cover orders up to $500.

    • We reserve the right to classify your package as delayed if there are known delays in your area
    • We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud, and/or abuse
    • Shipping protection is non-refundable
    • Shipping protection cannot be cancelled after an order has shipped

    It is an optional fee, however, if you opt to unselect Navidium Shipping Protection, Luminara will not be liable for damaged or lost packages, as defined above

    If shipping protection is not selected as an option, the customer has the option to file a claim with the carrier for the damaged or lost item(s); Luminara will not assist in this process. See links below for help in filing a claim with the carrier:

    You can contact us at A member of our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 business days. Please include the following in your email:

    • Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email
    • Description of issue
    • Photo evidence of damage if applicable
    • There is a 7-day waiting period for orders marked as delivered. Often times, these orders show up within 2-3 days of being marked as delivered. We will continue to track your package. Should it appear, we will ask that the package be shipped back to us at our expense.
    • After your claim has been submitted, please allow us up to 7 business days to work on your claim
    • Once your claim has been approved, we will send you a replacement if available, or issue you a refund back to the method of payment on file
