First disappointment
"I’m a longtime, satisfied customer so this latest purchase was a bit of a new experience. Candle was mailed to me in a paper envelope and had not been carefully handled. Its box was crushed in to the point that the hard plastic protector around the candle was broken. However, the candle does work and is responsive to its remote. Also, there were small pockmarks and little holes in some places where the berries were buried but I was able to fill them with some melted wax from a partially used votive. In the end, all’s well and I will continue to be a customer. But I’d sure like to see sturdy boxes for mailing, not paper envelopes."
